Now my idea is why hasn't someone created a SEC membership Club that is all in one complete package ...

2)traffic generation
3)complete seo
4)maybe even include hosting within package

Well I hit you with the Zero Zilch Nada reply on the other post and was going to wait for some discussions on it but since I saw this post I will go ahead and reply here.

I don't ever consider SEC as the reason for me making any of the money that I make online. I consider it a tool that I use to help me make some or additional money online. I say this because I have sites that are completely white hat in design and then I have sites that are completely black hat in design.

Also, I am a big fan of SEC because it helps me gain additional visitors to my affiliate sites that I promote.

However, I do not feel that the basic, out of the box version of SEC does that much good. I just didn't see the results with a basic SEC install. That in no way implies that some users won't see results. The addition of the templates add-on is a must in my opinion. I utilize templates, I do extensive (and I mean extensive) keyword research, I utilize keyword mis-spellings and I purchase aged domains that are geared towards the keywords that I want.

Using these techniques together along with SEC as a tool have gained me additional visitors and revenue. As far as how much I make. Lets say that it not as much as my regular JOB (which pays quite well) but it is above the regular median income for a single us resident.

Now as far as SEC making me some additional money I will give you these stats. Launched an affiliate product site about 3 months ago. SEC installation is now bringing in about 100 visitors a day. The product line is converting at about 1 in 200 visitors, so a sale every other day and the average commission is $30. So this product is now bringing in an additional $450 - $500 a month. Is it a reason to retire? No. But it's one affiliate site. Now have 10-20 of those and you are doing quite well.

I think the problem that most people have with SEC is the learning curve and not taking the time to learn exactly what it can do. And I believe that they don't take the time to learn the other aspects of gaining good rankings in the SE's. They just want to install that software and then site back and say "Hey I bought this software, why am I not getting 1000 visitors a day and making any money since I bought it.

I have thought about doing some of these things but all of these things are very time consuming. And believe me I know. Myself and other members on here have been approached by other members and asked to do some of these things. But I just do not have the time. I put all of my extra time into building my own sites so that I know they are exactly how I want them.

Highly Optimized Templates for SEC and EWI users

I can add that I have only been using SEC in a small way so I can work out how to do what needs to be done.

This test site has been 'cloaked' for about a month and, according to google analytics, has 99 pages cached. Yahoo has only 1 page cached, which is interesting.

In the previous year there were NO pages cached so SEC has made a huge difference in a short time.

There is only 1 page to this site so you can guess the rest.

Money? Well there are few real visitors to this site yet, mostly spiders and they don't click links.

Now this is a small test, on a single subdomain, no additional sites to assist with driving traffic so I am pretty pleased with the results so far.

I would also add that I believe there are members out there that are making money utilizing SEC. They just don't jump on the forum and scream "Hey, look at all this money I'm making because I bought SEC.

These are the same members that are usually pretty active on the forum and usually try to help the new members where they can.

Optimized Cloaking Templates

Well I have spoken to few people one who said he had 100's of cloaked site and zero income from them yet he has some traffic ...

i have made good money with sec and could continue to do so howeveri have shifted away from messing about with affliate stuff to my own online shops and i send traffic to those. they make ok sales and get a couple thousand hits a day, some from sec some from seo what % i couldn't tell you as i have no need to track stats that closely
