Well a update I have begun my chargeback with my bank. Not really sure how paypal will react to this...

When doing a chargeback it goes against paypal not michel de bakker .
Then paypal has to get funds from scammer michel de bakker ...

Paypal will do a chargeback on his account and he will either have to pay it off or quit using paypal, that's how it works, I had a scammer hit me up for over $600 on my paypal last year from eBay and I ended up getting screwed over and had to open a new Paypal account under a different address, bank account and everything, so he will get his account shut down if he refuses to pay the chargeback off. Question I filed a dispute before with paypal about him but he got them to believe I was only paying for website ..

I lost so you think the chargeback will still work..

If you used a Major Credit Card, you can file with them and Paypal will HAVE to credit you no ifs-ands- or buts... if you paid with paypal only, then you are done for once they make their decision

Had that happen to me before as well... I even called them and they gave me the run-around, so unless you file with your CC company as the charge being fraud then there is nothing you can do, sorry.

I called my bank and I explained it was electronic check throught paypal and they said
for sure you will get the money back...

I wonder what paypal will do to me like cancel my paypal account because I have money there.

My blog review business is just starting to doing well ..

Because on Paypal's site they say the fight for sellers against chargebacks ..

Tell us if you get the money back from michel de bakker by this chargeback ok..
